Physiotherapy at Clinic M
Assessment and rehabilitation for pain, injury and long-term physical health, delivered by a physiotherapist with a background in neuroscience.
Our physiotherapy service starts with a thorough clinical history and hands-on assessment to understand your symptoms and what may be contributing to them. When needed, we can support this with diagnostic imaging such as MRI or ultrasound to help guide diagnosis and treatment.
Every rehabilitation programme is built around your goals and needs. Using our fully equipped MSK gym and specialist equipment, including an anti-gravity treadmill, we combine hands-on therapy, tailored exercise and education to improve function and support long-term recovery.
Whether you’re recovering from surgery, dealing with persistent pain or looking to maintain strength and mobility as you get older, we work with you to develop a practical treatment plan and review your progress.
What we help with
- Persistent and recurring pain
- Joint stiffness and reduced mobility
- Old injuries that haven’t settled
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- Neck, back and shoulder pain
- Strength and movement for long-term physical health
