Set in the beautiful parkland of Dochfour Country Estate, home of Lord and Lady Baillie, Clinic M Medical is located just 5 miles west of Inverness City Centre. We started as Clinic M Medical and we have rapidly extended our clinic to encompass Clinic MSK, the new Musculoskeletal and Men’s Health Service. Mr Grime has been joined by Orthopaedic Surgeon, Mr Zulfi Sadiq to deliver much needed services to Inverness and the Highland area. The biggest addition is our new open MRI scanner to provide diagnostic scans for those who need a definitive answer to their MSK problems. We are the only private healthcare service to host this unique open MRI scanner in Scotland, something that we are very proud of.

We are very proud of our clinic and staff. Our environment is absolutely fabulous, it’s easy to park and set in a stunning location that brings peace and tranquillity just by being there. We are all very lucky to be so close to Inverness and yet, we could be a million miles away in the heart of the stunning Highlands and Islands.
Our team now boasts several Consultant Surgeons. The newest member of our team is Mr Zaid Iskander, Consultant Cardiologist who joined in December 2024. We hold clinics in Urology, Gynaecology, Orthopaedics, Pain Management, Dermatology, Surgery, Imaging and Diagnostics and Physiotherapy. New services to launch in the new year are the IV Iron Infusion Service and the Sleep Clinic. We have moved at quite a pace over the last 3 years which is why we now need two websites to manage all the treatments that are available here at Clinic MSK and Clinic M Medical, and to make it easier for our patient’s to find the information that they need to make informed choices.
